At MM Shopping Mall in Poznań, located in the very center of the city, at the intersection of Św. Marcin and Al. Marcinkowskiego Streets, IB Systems carried out the scope of work commissioned directly by the Investor, including comprehensive implementation of teletechnical installations (fire alarm system, sound warning system, security management system, assault and access control system, CCTV system, customer counting system, terrestrial and satellite TV system, structured cabling, parking system), building automation system, as well as electrical installations, including the supply, installation and commissioning of trafo stations, MV, RGnn switchgears, facility switchgears, busbars, cable routes, installation of indoor and outdoor lighting, as well as emergency and evacuation lighting.

Galeria MM has been developed with service outlets and Class A office space. The mall has 5 floors above ground and 4 underground. The total area is 35,000 sqm. The building has a three-level underground parking garage for 280 cars. The building was designed by Studio ADS.

The work covered by the Agreement, including the Annexes, was carried out by IB Systems between December 2011 and August 2014.
